Billing questions

Disputes, invoice copies, statements, or W-9 requests: email info@zion.us with your invoice number or property address. Our accounting team is monitored by multiple staff members so your message gets a response quickly.

Payment terms

  • Net 30 from invoice date is the default term unless your service agreement specifies otherwise.
  • Late fee of 1.5% per month accrues on unpaid balances over 30 days.
  • Service holds may apply to accounts more than 60 days past due, which can affect inspection report delivery to AHJs. Reach out before that happens โ€” we'll work with you.
  • Lien rights are reserved on construction and installation work per Texas Property Code Chapter 53. Preliminary notices and lien notices, when issued, are sent in compliance with Texas statute.

Security & PCI compliance

Online payments go directly to SlimCD, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Zion does not see, store, or have access to your full card number at any point. Your card data is encrypted in transit and processed on SlimCD's servers under their PCI compliance.

For questions about how Zion handles your personal and billing data, see our Privacy Policy.
