Safety Commitment

Our work is keeping other people's buildings safe. Our own people get the same.

The standard

  • OSHA-10 required for every Zion technician by end of apprenticeship Year 1
  • OSHA-30 required for every NICET II–credentialed technician and up
  • Lockout / tagout (LOTO) discipline documented and audited monthly
  • Hot-work permitting integrated with AHJ practice and customer site rules
  • Fall-protection training for any ladder, lift, or roof work above six feet
  • Confined-space training for techs working in mechanical rooms or below-grade systems
  • PPE issued and replaced on Zion's account; never apprentice-funded

Incident reporting

Incidents — including near-misses — are reported within 24 hours, logged, and reviewed at the monthly operations meeting. Patterns drive procedure updates. We track because we want to know, not to litigate after the fact.

Customer site rules

If your site has a contractor-onboarding system (ISN, Avetta, Veriforce, etc.), Zion onboards through it. If your site has a JHA / pre-task briefing requirement, our techs complete it before tools come out. We don't shortcut customer safety programs.

One company. One report. One bill.

You shouldn't have to chase contractors to keep people safe.

We run every fire-protection system in your Texas building under one account. One technician team. One AHJ-ready report after each visit. One monthly bill. Start with a free 48-hour compliance audit — no commitment, no sales pitch, just a written answer to the question "are we compliant right now?"
